For students on a split year, we are happy to create agreements where some tenants change part way through the year or make 2 six month contracts. Please make up a group to cover entire academic year and search together.

All Property that you see on these pages is either privately owned by us or approved by us , and managed directly ourselves. As we let our own property and pride ourselves in responding quickly, you will not get problems often associated with distant and uninterested landlords ignoring maintenance problems.

We have been requested to manage a few houses for other landlords as their agent and are willing to to this for properties and owners which we believe are in line with our intention to provide safe comfortable student accommodation. The property list indicates which are those that we own and those that we manage.
Recent legislation in the private rental sector has imposed administration overheads and costs on every new tenancy and so reluctantly we now have to make a small charge to cover them. Our government has further indicated that it intends to make it unlawful to charge an administration or set up charge when new tenancies are created so we have included these costs in the rent at the rate of £10 per room per month so these costs are charged by spreading then across the duration of the tenancies. We no longer make such an up front charge so to secure a property you will be asked for the first month’s rent in advance.
